Resource Depot Membership Plans for 2010 “ Super Green“ Membership $25.00 annual fee Jan.2010 to Dec.2010 Benefits- - 35 free visits
- after 35 visits - $1.00 fee per visit

- Regular shopping times included- Wed. 10:00 -5:00, Sat.9:00-2:00 Except first Saturday closed
- Special e-mail notification of excess/unusual materials
- Access to a special request list of materials
- Free Regular Membership (all shoppers will need a membership)
- Shopping Fee - $1.00 charge per shopping visit required

*Membership enrollment will begin January 4, 2010 and run through February 28, 2010. The membership will expire on December 31, 2010. After February 28, 2010, the Super Green memberships will not be available for purchase until the next enrollment period which will begin January 2011. Regular membership will be available all year.
Resource Depot Shopping Policies - All shoppers must sign in at the front desk before shopping
- All new applicants for shopping must fill out an application prior to shopping and present a copy of a document that substantiates the reason for joining the Resource Depot such as a 501C-3, or a letter head from the organization with authority from the Director of that organization, a business card, teacher I.D. etc.
- Existing Shoppers will need to begin to also give us the same documentation Once proper documentation is submitted, Resource Depot will issue that person a membership card that will need to be presented each time they shop. If someone else from the same organization comes instead of that person then it needs to be verified by a letter allowing a substitute person to use that card
- Only organizations or individuals that are serving this community will now be able to access these materials. Taking materials for use outside this community (Tri-County area) will no longer be allowed.
- The supplies at the Resource Depot are meant for schools, teachers, non-profit organizations and community organizations. These supplies are not to be used for personal benefit, for retail business, to be sold or shipped out of the area.
- The sale or improper use of materials from the Resource Depot is prohibited. Offenders will be asked to surrender their membership.
- There will no longer be access through the back of the Resource Depot for drop off or for loading. The gate will be locked except for use by Resource Depot trucks. If a large item needs to be loaded, the shopper can come up front and ask the person supervising shopping for a
